Info about courses

Cancel, Rebook & Catch Up

Up to 7 days before your course starts, you can cancel or change your booking without any fees. In this case, please send us an email with the information if you want to cancel completely and get your course fee back or if you want to participate in another course. If you cancel between 7 days and 24 hours before the start of the course, you will receive a 50% refund of your course fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of the course, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund. However, you can always send a substitute participant to the course you have booked.

If you miss one or more dates of your course, there is no possibility to make them up at a later date.

Age requirement

To participate in one of our courses, you must be at least 16 years old.

Accompaniment

Only the booked participants or substitute participants can come to our courses in the workshop. It is not possible to bring a companion (dog, cat, mouse, friend, child, grandma, grandpa, etc.) to the booked class.

Bring something?

You don't need to bring anything to the course. Wearing comfortable and solid clothing is an advantage and having short fingernails makes pottery on the wheel much more successful.

Language

All our instructors speak German and English. The course is held in German. Of course, all people who would like to learn pottery with us are welcome, regardless of their language! If required, additional explanations can also be given in English.
