In this introduction to throwing on the potter's wheel, you will learn to make small vessels such as cups and bowls and glaze them.

And this is how the course will work:
This class takes place on three evenings during the week. With individual attention, you will learn the basic techniques to make small simple vessels such as cups and bowls on the potter's wheel.
This class does not require any previous knowledge and is aimed at beginners and advanced beginners.
Two to five vessels can be completed in the course period.
| 1. session: | We practise centering clay on the wheel and throw simple shapes, such as mugs and bowls, on the wheel. |
| 2. session: | The vessels made in the 1st session will be trimmed and handles are added if wished. |
| 3. session: | You will have a large selection of coloured glazes at your disposal with which you can design your bisc fired vessels. |
Pick up your self-made pottery
Your self-made pottery will be ready 2-3 weeks after the last course date.
As soon as they are ready for collection, we will send you an email. Please understand that we can keep your finished vessels for a maximum of 4 weeks after notification.
Cancellation
A cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the course starts for a full refund. If you miss one of the sessions, NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be offered.
