The course lasts 3.5 hours on both days. With individual supervision, you will be taught the basic techniques for making small, simple vessels, such as mugs and bowls, on the potter's wheel.
No previous knowledge is required to take part in this course, which is aimed at beginners and advanced beginners.
Two to five vessels can be completed during the course.
We will glaze your vessels in the colour of your choice. There are four glazes to choose from.
| Saturday: | We turn simple shapes, such as mugs and bowls, on the wheel. |
| Sunday: | The vessels made on Saturday will be trimmed, provided with handles if desired and textures can be worked into the surface using various tools. |

Pick up your self-made pottery
Your self-made pottery will be ready 2-3 weeks after the last course date.
As soon as they are ready for collection, we will send you an email. Please understand that we can keep your finished vessels for a maximum of 4 weeks after notification.
Cancellation
A cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the course starts for a full refund. If you miss one of the sessions, NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be offered.
