After purchase you will receive an e-mail with your voucher including the corresponding voucher code, which you can print out at home.

The voucher is non-refundable and can be redeemed up to 36 months after the date of purchase.
Redeem a voucher, that's how it works:
Enter your voucher code in the appropriate field during the checkout process.
The value of the voucher will be deducted from your purchase total. If your purchase costs more than the value of the voucher, you will have to pay the difference.
If the voucher is worth more than your purchase, you will automatically receive a new voucher for the remaining amount by e-mail after the payment process.
Of course you can also redeem your voucher directly in the shop.
